Pinangunahan ito ng Provincial Health Office (PHO) at Department of Health-Cagayan Valley Center of Health Development (DOH-CVCHD) kung saan umabot sa 700 na pasyente ang sumailalim sa medical; 141 sa dental services; at 126 ang optometry. Umabot naman 634 na pasyente ang sumailalim sa laboratory at 200 sa diagnostic. Sa kabuuan, 1,801 ang naserbisyohan ng isinagawang pre-med mission.

Nakasama rin sa aktibidad ang ahensya ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region 02, Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Integrated Philippines Association of Optometrists (IPAO), One Top Medical System Resources, at Philippine National Police (PNP).
